DR HAYES’
STAFF
“It takes more than one person to make a medical office a place
where patients can feel comfortable and welcome, and it all starts
with the office staff. Working in a doctor’s office requires a much
higher level of dedication than that of working in a bank, store or
supermarket. If I don’t have the right staff around me I could never
do my job effectively. I feel the staff we have put together rivals
none. They listen to.... and care.... about our patients, that
speaks more then words !”
“Find a compassionate, honest, hardworking and dedicated individual
first. Then educate & train them to work in a doctors
office...........doing the reverse never works.”

help directly with patient care when the need arises. Maria also
